These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of habixcorp.com and any services provided by Habix Corp, including our web development, 3D/WebGL, CMS, web application, and chatbot (ChatOS) offerings. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Habix Corp designs and builds websites, 3D/interactive experiences, content management systems, web applications, and chatbot products for clients. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately in a project proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these general Terms where the two conflict.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality or security
• Use automated means to scrape or copy site content without permission
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing through our contact forms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website — including code, design, graphics, and copy — is owned by Habix Corp or licensed to us. Upon full payment for a client engagement, ownership of the specific deliverables transfers as set out in that engagement's agreement; our own internal tooling, frameworks, and pre-existing components remain our property.

Information you submit through our contact form or otherwise send us (project briefs, feedback, etc.) may be used to respond to you and to deliver our services. You confirm you have the right to share anything you send us and that it does not infringe on a third party's rights.

If you engage Habix Corp for a chatbot built on our ChatOS platform, the following additional terms apply:

• The chatbot is provided to help automate and support your customer interactions; it is not guaranteed to be error-free or to resolve every conversation without escalation.
• You are responsible for reviewing chatbot responses relevant to your business, industry, and any regulatory obligations that apply to you.
• Usage limits, uptime commitments, and support scope for your specific chatbot are set out in your service agreement, not in these general Terms.
• We may update, improve, or change underlying ChatOS features over time as part of ongoing service delivery.

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms for any engagement are set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or contract. Late payment may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly set out in a signed client agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habix Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Habix Corp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website for anyone who violates these Terms. Termination of a client engagement is governed by the terms of that specific agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Habix Corp is registered to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
